Kural 707: The Knowledge of Indications
முகத்தின் முதுக்குறைந்த துண்டோ உவப்பினும் காயினும் தான்முந் துறும்

Kaayinum Thaanmun Thurum
Is there anything so full of knowledge as the face ? (No) it precedes the mind, whether (the latter is) pleased or vexed
உள்ளத்தில் உள்ள விருப்பு வெறுப்புகளை முந்திக் கொண்டு வெளியிடுவதில் முகத்தைப் போல அறிவு மிக்கது வேறெதுவுமில்லை
