Kural 641: Power of Speech
நாநல மென்னும் நலனுடைமை அந்நலம் யாநலத் துள்ளதூஉம் அன்று
Naanalam Ennum Nalanutaimai Annalam
Yaanalaththu Ulladhooum Andru
The possession of that goodness which is called the goodness of speech is (even to others) better than any other goodness
சொல்வன்மைக்கு உள்ள சிறப்பு வேறு எதற்குமில்லை எனவே அது செல்வங்களில் எல்லாம் சிறந்த செல்வமாகும்
