கருமஞ் சிதையாமற் கண்ணோட வல்லார்க் குரிமை உடைத்திவ் வுலகு

Urimai Utaiththiv Vulaku
The world is theirs (kings) who are able to show kindness, without injury to their affairs, (administration of justice)
கடமை தவறாமையிலும், கருணை பொழிவதிலும் முதன்மையாக இருப்போருக்கு இந்த உலகமே உரிமையுடையதாகும்
