Kural 484: Knowing the fitting Time
ஞாலங் கருதினுங் கைகூடுங் காலம் கருதி இடத்தாற் செயின்

Though (a man) should meditate (the conquest of) the world, he may accomplish it if he acts in the right time, and at the right place
உரிய காலத்தையும் இடத்தையும் ஆய்ந்தறிந்து செயல்பட்டால் உலகமேகூடக் கைக்குள் வந்துவிடும்
