Kural 364: Curbing of Desire
தூஉய்மை யென்ப தவாவின்மை மற்றது வாஅய்மை வேண்ட வரும்

Vaaaimai Venta Varum
Purity (of mind) consists in freedom from desire; and that (freedom from desire) is the fruit of the love of truth
தூய்மை என்பது பேராசையற்ற தன்மையாகும் அத்தூய்மை வாய்மையை நாடுவோர்க்கே வாய்க்கும்
